How to order your embroidered monograms Step 1: Choose your monogram style from the dropdown menu above. Prices are listed. Step 2: For styles 1-4 (letters only), you get three letters. If you need additional letters, choose the style in the second menu, and quantity in the last menu. Please note that the style for the extra letters must be the same as the style in the original monogram. Extra letters are $1.50 each. For styles 5-9, you can choose up to three letters. These patterns can not fit additional letters. Step 3: Once you have the style chosen and any additional letters selected, click BUY. Repeat steps 1-3 for any additional monograms you need. Step 4: After you have completed your monogram order(s), we need to know what letters you want and in what order. Please click here orders@equinezone.com . This will bring up an email to our order department. Type the letters in the exactly as you want them to appear. Please be sure to double check that what you put down is correct. We will monogram it in the style chosen, exactly as it is laid out in your email. If you have more than one monogram, be sure to tell us which monogram is supposed to be on which pad. Monograms are only available for the padded seats on the Burlingham Sport brand storage trunks - Small, Pony and Deluxe size and can be purchased only at the time of purchase. We are sorry, but we can not provide monograms for any other items or for padded seats purchased previously. Monogramed merchandise may not be returned or exchanged.
